Ariselu or Adhirasam is a very famous and authentic sweet of both Telugu states, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. These Areselu are usually prepared during the festivals of Sankranti and Diwali. 

Ariselu are made of rice flour and jaggery. They are yummy and mouthwatering, with an additional crusty texture that will uplift the festival mood. We use fresh sunflower oil to fry these Ariselu. Which makes these Ariselu even more healthy and tastier.
